1. General Information

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We aim to deliver every order as promptly as possible.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are already pre-calculated into the price of the wood; therefore, customers will not incur any additional shipping fees at the time of purchase. This all-inclusive pricing model aids in providing a seamless shopping experience.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Chief Firewood ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For any specific shipping requirements or queries, feel free to contact our customer service.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

Chief Firewood is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us directly, and we will determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Chief Firewood is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, since shipping is pre-included, there generally should be no additional fees.

7. Shipping Regions
